Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and effectiveness.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organisation, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, including senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or property management industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
