Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Support Officer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians with significant and permanent disabilities, their families, and caregivers.

This is an office-based position that offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will be responsible for managing and resolving participant matters by actioning planning tasks as per the Act.

You will also provide counter/reception support for the local office, including participant enquiries. Additionally, you will resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and/or refer customers to appropriate government or community services.
