About the Role

You'll work in a progressive health service that takes a coordinated, regional approach to Obstetrics and Gynaecology – providing comprehensive services including antenatal and postnatal care, high-risk pregnancy management, general gynaecology, advanced laparoscopic procedures, and fertility investigations.

You'll also play a pivotal role in teaching, mentoring junior staff and registrars, and contributing to service improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Fellowship of RANZCOG (or equivalent) and registration (or eligibility) as a Specialist with AHPRA
  • Proven clinical leadership and a strong commitment to collaborative, team-based care
  • A passion for teaching, service development, and continuous improvement
  • Adaptability and resilience – we value innovative thinkers who thrive in a regional setting
Benefits Package:
  • Total remuneration up to $483,588 p.a., depending on experience
  • Attractive salary range: $210,332 – $266,677
  • 12.75% employer superannuation
