Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver engaging lessons across various locations and delivery modes
  • Create high-quality teaching resources and assessments aligned with industry and course standards
  • Support the full student journey, from course enquiries to assessing and identifying training needs for Certificate III and Certificate IV in Tourism programs
  • Build and maintain strong industry partnerships to inform and enrich course delivery
  • Engage in professional development and compliance, contributing to continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualifications
  • An approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area
  • Experience in vocational and/or higher education teaching, with a focus on course development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to deliver flexible and innovative education, tailored to diverse learners
  • Recent industry experience with GDS platforms and sound knowledge of fare rules, airfare construction, and ticketing procedures
  • Familiarity with IATA fare structures, codes, and itinerary planning
