About the role
  • You will work on corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate advisory, capital raisings (on and off market), IPOs, venture capital/private equity, MBOs/MBIs, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, inbound investment, restructuring, Employee Share Plans, and corporate governance.
  • You will advise private and public companies across sectors including financial services, food distribution, IT services, digital advertising, freight, retail, technology and education.
  • You will own your matters and clients while working closely with two partners, with meaningful client contact and mentoring for junior lawyers.
The ideal candidate
  • 5–10 years' PQE (Senior Associate) in Corporate/M&A with proven transaction experience.
  • Skilled negotiator with exceptional drafting and advisory expertise.
  • Collaborative team player who mentors and supports junior lawyers.
  • Commercially astute, client-focused and eager to develop professionally.
