The Palliative Care Service is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Patient Care: Provide individualised palliative care within a supportive health service, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and support their goals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the principles of palliative care.
- Experience in palliative care/oncology or related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in palliative care/oncology or related field, or working towards same.
- Commitment to ongoing education and upgrading of professional skills and competencies.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including an understanding of therapeutic communication principles.
