Mental Health Education Specialist

The role of a Clinical Nurse Educator is pivotal in providing modern education and training opportunities for nursing professionals across mental health services.
About the JobAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs to ensure effective service delivery.
You will:
- Provide expert clinical supervision to Entry to Practice nurses
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance service effectiveness
- Act as a role model for lifelong learning and foster positive collaborative relationships within the organization
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications
- Current registration with the relevant authority as a Division 1 nurse
- Postgraduate Diploma or Master's in mental health nursing, AOD, education, or a related field
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (minimum educational qualification)
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education, teaching, and learning processes
- At least 5 years of full-time experience working within mental health services
