About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Career Advancement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and areas for development, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also have a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results-driven solutions.

  • This role requires resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact on individuals' lives.
  • You will be working in an office environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a varied caseload of clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career objectives.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers, identifying opportunities for clients to gain valuable work experience and skills.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of services and meet performance targets.
