Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced pressure test technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves conducting hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, assembling test items, and operating relevant equipment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leak testing, nitrogen services, controlled bolting, or related services, as well as strong focus on safety and quality. Good communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing according to company procedures and standards
  • Assembling test items, including hoses, spools, valves, and fittings
  • Setting up test spreads in line with testing requirements
  • Assembling flanged joints using controlled bolting methods
  • Operating relevant equipment, such as air compression spreads and hydrostatic pressure testing spreads
  • Using dryers, HP boosters, nitrogen membranes/generators, helium quads/dosing pumps, and associated equipment
  • Performing pre-start check-ups, including filter condition, oil levels, oil leakages, visual checks, and oil top-up if required
  • Recording equipment operation during testing and documenting QA results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leak testing, nitrogen services, controlled bolting, hydrostatic pressure testing, or related services
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Good communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pipe/tube fitting
  • Significant experience in various pressure testing works
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, Isometric drawings, and other technical documents
  • Experience with leak testing/pneumatic testing
