Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Professional to join our team at B&D Group. As a key member of our quality function, you will play a crucial role in championing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining quality management systems.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide tactical support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys co-creating solutions and initiatives with key operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded.
  • To collaborate, influence and drive improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Make root-cause analysis and formulate solutions.
  • Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes.
  • Validate and analyse claims data, identify trends, and drive site-based improvement initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining Quality Management Systems. They should also possess meticulous attention to detail, data analysis and statistical aptitude.
