At Dulux Group, we are seeking a Quality Improvement Professional to join our B&D Garage Doors and Openers business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality improvements across our major manufacturing sites in Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and formulate solutions
  • Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes
  • Validate and analyze claims data, identify trends, and drive site-based improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining Quality Management Systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Data analysis and statistical aptitude
