Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist leads provided by Lendi Group to build a thriving business
  • Connect with your community to establish a strong pipeline and referral network
  • Provide expert lending advice to customers and guide them through the home loan application process

Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential; we'll provide guidance on obtaining it if needed
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you excel in this role
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
