Student Marketeer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Marketeer to join our team. As a Student Marketeer, you will be the face of our brand and product ambassador both on and off campus.

The primary focus of this role is to drive positive product trial, awareness, and consumption among students. You will work closely with our sales teams to support sales drives, merchandising, and other sales support activities.

You will also have the opportunity to work at events, ensuring an unforgettable consumer experience with our brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Brand Ambassador: Live and breathe our brand personality traits and company values, representing us in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
  2. User Growth: Invite positive trial and awareness of our product through sampling consumers and bringing our brand to life amongst students.
  3. Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with local sales account managers to ensure our product is available and visible on and around campus.
  4. Sales Support: Work closely with our sales teams to open new distribution points for our product and leverage relevant assets from us to keep us top of mind with everyday consumers.
  5. Activity Planning: Plan and execute smart sales & marketing plans to build our brand within the student community and beyond.
  6. Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports to the wider business, including local insights, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Naturally organised and comfortable working alone and in a team.
  2. High attention to detail.
  3. Valid and full driver's license required.
  4. Proficient in written and verbal English.
  5. Comfortable with travel 20-30%.
