Job Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment's floor and bar areas. This experienced professional will be responsible for leading by example, supporting and guiding food and beverage staff in their daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop innovative beverage menus and specials.
  • Training new and existing staff members on daily operations, including bar and floor staff.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, including WH&S and licensing requirements.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of floor and bar operations.
  • Reporting daily to the Restaurant Manager on shift execution and general operations.

Requirements:

  • At least three years' experience in a similar role across lunch and dinner services.
  • Passionate motivation to exceed customer expectations through creativity and fresh ideas.
  • High standards in personal appearance, safety, hygiene, work ethic, and beverage preparation.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendliness, calmness, and respect towards both FOH and BOH staff.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Availability across a 7-day week, including lunch and/or dinner shifts.
  • Full work rights to work in Australia.
