- A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised)
- Experience in staff development and leadership
- Current First Aid/CPR and Working with Children Check
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Ability to develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan
- Experience in working towards achieving an Exceeding rating
- A passion for delivering high-quality education and care
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
