Job Overview

This role is designed for an experienced Roster Coordinator to provide scheduling services to all HammondAtHome Illawarra areas. You will efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness, whilst maintaining care worker contracted hours.

The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver, possessing outstanding communication and coordination skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, actively participating as a member of the centralised support team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer client and staff schedules, including setting up rounds with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness.
  • Maintain up-to-date data on care worker information, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Actively participate as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre operations.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Natural problem-solving skills, with outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
