About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive Holdings. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, assisting the Sales Manager, and ensuring the sales process is closely monitored and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve long and short-term sales, gross, and profit objectives
  • Assist the Sales Manager to ensure all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
  • Ensure the sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
  • Keep Dealer Sockets diary up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline
