About the Role

As a Retail Consultant with Bathroom Life, you'll play a key role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships and helping customers
  • A willingness to learn and grow, even if you don't have experience in bathrooms
  • Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A desire to develop your career, either locally, within our network, or at head office
  • A valid car license
