Job Title: Strategic Asset Manager

This role is pivotal in ensuring tenant satisfaction, asset preservation, and operational excellence through the effective management of services. You will be responsible for overseeing service personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving sustainability initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of assets across a portfolio of strategic clients managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Superior Customer Service: Developing key tenant stakeholder engagement strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Building Operations Management: Managing and maintaining building operations to deliver high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective management of the building.
  • Financial Management: Managing operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, procurement, and presenting monthly reporting and financial analysis.
  • Risk Management: Ensuring risk management, WHS, site safety, audit, and inspections are completed and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Leading and implementing environmental and sustainability initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing facilities personnel, onsite cleaning, security personnel, and other support staff.
About You:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Strategic Asset Manager who has significant experience in managing office assets and teams.

A strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction is essential, as well as an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Strong financial acumen including procurement, partnered with a trade or engineering background preferred but not essential.
