Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our integrated asset management framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of asset data and system governance, facilitating the implementation of asset management policies, strategies, and plans to achieve accurate reporting and asset performance.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership abilities, team building skills, and advanced knowledge of strategic asset management systems and databases.

You should have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of asset management at both a strategic and operational level, including infrastructure and asset management systems and databases. A current and valid 'C' Class Drivers Licence is essential for this role.

  • Extensive knowledge of strategic asset management systems and databases
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic asset management principles, techniques, and legislation
  • Advanced skills in the valuation of infrastructure assets
  • High-level project management skills to ensure timely completion and documentation of projects
  • Excellent computer literacy and a highly developed knowledge of computer applications
  • Highly developed verbal communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation, consultation, and negotiation to achieve desired outcomes
  • Extensive experience in strategic asset management-related roles
  • Highly developed financial management, estimating, and budgetary skills
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation
