We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Administrator to join our team at Clough Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing support in the use of project procurement system tools, maintaining and tracking subcontract action registers, and ensuring compliance with project cost and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities- Register and qualify subcontracts through Felix or NPP.
- Ensure use of existing master services agreements for relevant goods and services.
- Assist with project subcontracting strategy for assigned subcontracts.
- Support internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts.
- Coordinate issue of bid clarifications and arrange bid clarification meetings.
- Liaise with package engineers to action engineering-related items in supplier/subcontract progress reports.
- Develop and maintain commercial evaluation of bids for each package.
- Negotiate best available price/discount from selected bidder.
- Interface with end users regarding technical bid evaluations and approved for purchase scopes of work.
- Prepare and issue RFA approval workflow and track approval process.
- Issue purchase orders/subcontract agreements on the project selected software.
- Monitor SCAR and PSR in coordination with subcontract management and commodity manager.
- 3+ years of experience as a commercial or contracts advisor on EPC projects.
- Knowledge of subcontracting processes, contract management, and procurement principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, engineering, quantity surveying, law, or construction management and economics.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
