Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Director, you will assume a pivotal role in leading a team and spearheading business development initiatives. Your direct influence on the strategic growth of the practice will be instrumental in providing tailored, expert tax solutions to high-profile clients across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will drive business growth by fostering strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities. They will lead client service teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and offer bespoke, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues.

A key responsibility of this role is to lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring continuous development and technical excellence. The successful candidate will oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions, ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients, and provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters.
