We are seeking a Tax Professional to join our team. As a member of our Tax Advisory team, you will play a key role in supporting clients to navigate complex tax matters.

  • You will advise clients on structuring and cross-border transactions, assist with taxation authority reviews/ audits/disputes,
  • Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment (including due diligence), financing arrangements, IPO readiness and prospectus preparation.
  • Develop high-quality client-ready deliverables and present to the senior leadership team for review.

You must be passionate about effective communication to share ideas and inspire change. You should be able to digest, distil and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms.

  • Experience in tax advisory in either Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
  • Excellent tax technical capabilities

We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Accounting/Finance/ Law or similar. With a CA or CPA qualification completed or progressing.
