Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead This is a temporary role that requires an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing professional to oversee and optimize campaigns, collaborate with junior specialists, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives. Responsibilities include:• Overseeing day-to-day activities on Google and Microsoft Ads, including planning, implementation, optimization, and performance review• Executing tactics to boost traffic, enhance conversion rates, and maximize campaign efficiencies• Effectively managing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels• Forecasting, monitoring, and adjusting budgets based on performance metrics, sales goals, and seasonality• Developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals• Designing and running experiments to push the boundaries of Paid Search and optimize performance• Creating compelling ad copy and creative assets through A/B testing for improved click-through and conversion rates• Conducting regular keyword research, ensuring full coverage across all brands and categories• Leveraging business data to achieve key objectives in Digital Marketing• Conducting regular competitor analysis to inform industry trends and identify new opportunities• Managing relationships with Digital Marketing vendors (Google & Microsoft Ads), ensuring alignment with strategic goals• Reporting key performance indicators to Marketing and Executive teams on a weekly basis• Working closely with various teams, including Finance, Product, Data, Category Management, CRM, Social, and Display, to improve overall performance• Staying abreast of industry changes, Google & Microsoft Ads updates, and emerging Digital Marketing trends• Providing training and mentorship to junior Digital Marketing specialists
