About the Role

This is a dynamic full-time position that requires an experienced Human Resources professional to provide HR-related services across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to employees with employment-related matters, including leave management and interpretations of Awards, contractual agreements, and conditions of employment.
  • Offering sound HR advice on employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring they are current, legally sound, reflect best practice, and reviewed every two years.
  • Collaborating on new HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records confidentially.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity or role.
  • A thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR processes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential matters.
