Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Catalyst to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and AI innovation across our customer base.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for facilitating interactions between clients and Microsoft, fostering new opportunities, and inspiring customers to adopt cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with account executives to set the strategy for driving customer innovation agendas through a deep understanding of their environment and by showcasing the possibilities that Microsoft technology can deliver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Synthesize business and industry insights to identify new opportunities and drive demand generation.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and share best practices internally, leveraging your expertise to position technology and address customer needs.
  • Create security thought leadership with customer executives, engaging them to instill a security mindset in their technology landscape.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape and solutions to address customer needs, driving action to ensure internal teams understand and respond to insights.
Requirements
  • Experience working with customers to drive digital and AI transformation in a technical consulting or technical sales role, preferably with government customers.
  • An understanding of how to build a technical strategy and roadmap, gaining executive buy-in and orchestrating a team to execute against that.
  • Passion for and knowledge of a range of technical solutions such as cloud platforms, applications, security, and productivity tools.
