Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to lead the creation and delivery of engaging, user-centred content across multiple formats.

This role will involve distilling complex superannuation and retirement topics into clear and accessible consumer content.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver integrated communications across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring cross-channel alignment.

They will also analyse content performance using research, data, and analytics to inform decisions and optimise impact.

  • Lead the creation and delivery of engaging, user-centred content across multiple formats (web, video, infographics, podcasts, campaigns).
  • Distil complex superannuation and retirement topics into clear and accessible consumer content.
  • Develop and deliver integrated communications across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring cross-channel alignment.
  • Analyse content performance using research, data, and analytics to inform decisions and optimise impact.
Requirements

Applicants should hold tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.

They should have at least five years of experience in large-scale marketing, brand, or transformation programs within the financial services or superannuation industry.

Candidates should bring strong expertise in content design and UX writing principles, advanced creative writing and storytelling skills, and experience producing content across diverse formats.

They should be highly skilled in content modelling, analysis, and A/B testing, with proven ability to use analytics tools to measure performance.
