Your Day at NTT DATA
We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and work on cutting-edge projects. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional services through design, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics CRM as required by the project.
- Provide industry-specific Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution implementations, extensions, and upgrades.
- Lead functional design best practices for digital projects.
- Write functional specifications and help write User Stories for Dynamics 365 engagements.
- Be accountable for defined work assignments/projects.
- Support functional resources in workshops and proof of concepts/pilots implementations.
- Assist with preparation of proposals and demos.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in customization, configuration, extension, and functional design of Dynamics CE Customer Service and Sales.
- Strong experience in D365 professional services delivery and hands-on, documented experience of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Experience producing functional artifacts to communicate an understanding of the organization's current state and their target business and ICT architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with strong ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
- Dynamics CRM certifications.
