Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Defence Operations Manager. This position involves managing Defence aviation contract performance, reporting, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day operational coordination and logistic support for deployments and exercises, providing strategic and tactical support for new business capture and contract mobilisation, maintaining high-level client relationships across Defence and foreign military stakeholders, liaising with government and Defence entities to support regional contingency and humanitarian response missions, and supporting base operations, facilities management, and Defence personnel admin needs.

  • Manage contract performance, reporting, and compliance.
  • Lead operational coordination and logistics support for deployments and exercises.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support for business development.
  • Maintain client relationships with Defence and government agencies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on operational matters.

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years' experience in a Defence-related role, preferably with exposure to rotary wing operations. Strong project and contract management skills, commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder engagement, and client relationship skills are essential.
