
Military Vehicle Painter Specialist

As a key member of our paint team, you will work as part of a team to prepare, paint and finish military vehicles and military components. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production ramp-up.
Your Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting using appropriate surface preparation techniques and materials.
- Apply coatings to meet Defence standards and specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application or Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology;
- Experience in a Vehicle, Defence, or other Heavy industry painting role;
- Working knowledge of paint technologies and standards relating to Vehicle painting;
- Heavy Vehicle driving and operating licenses (desirable);
- High Risk Work licences including crane operation, forklift, elevated work platforms (desirable);
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
