Mechanical Engineering Team Lead

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and innovative environment?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain mechanical engineering design, construction, and operational standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to team members.
  • Develop and implement technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Review and approve mechanical engineering drawings, calculations, and models.
  • Conduct regular design and engineering reviews to assess adherence to best practices.
About You:
  • Significant demonstrable mechanical engineering experience, ideally in building infrastructure and mechanical services.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline.
  • Eligibility for accreditation as a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Defence Security clearance or eligibility to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance & ITAR clearance required.
