As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive a warm and personalized experience across our Restaurant, Lume Bar and Conferencing spaces.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding our menu and promotional activities to provide informed recommendations to our guests
  • Handling cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Setting up and packing down functions and events with attention to detail
  • Ensuring guest enquiries and restaurant dining reservations are followed through in a professional manner
  • Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard, while highlighting promotions for our guests
  • Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across our Food & Beverage Offerings
What We Need From You

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should be able to work well in a team and prioritize your workload to meet the needs of our guests. A current RSA certificate is also required.
