Job Overview

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Professional to contribute to the efficient running of our hotel's food and beverage operations, providing excellent service to our guests.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures as per standard protocol.
  • Have thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu.
  • Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting guest complaints to a Team leader.
  • Assist with taking and input order requests.
  • Deliver meals to guest rooms and/or retrieve trays and/or carts from guest rooms.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage roles within a hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment highly regarded.
  • A valid and current RSA certificate.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
