Blast Hole Driller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Driller to join our team in North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute precision drilling for column and collar drill holes, consistently meeting customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate daily drill logs, conduct pre-start checks, and manage time sheets efficiently.
- Cultivate a safety-focused approach while surpassing production forecasts.
- Regularly use safety tools such as Take 5 assessments and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Ensure rigs are well-maintained, clean, organized, and ready for operation.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and keep records of consumables accurately.
- Should have prior experience in blast hole drilling operations or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- A Certificate III in Drilling Operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Sandvik DPi or Pantera rigs is preferred.
- Must be able to thrive in remote work environments.
- Must obtain national police check clearance and possess a current Australian Open Class Manual Drivers License.
