About Our Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP) Operations:

We are seeking experienced Coal CHPP Operators/Maintainers to help shape the future of our processing operations.

This role is more than just a job - it's a chance to set the standard for reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor Foxleigh's CHPP to deliver consistent, high-quality coal in line with production targets.
  • Carry out inspections, preventative maintenance, and attend to minor breakdowns, using skills and experience to be resourceful and keep the plant running reliably.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment across the CHPP, Train Loadout, and Yard, showing care and respect for teammates, equipment, and the environment.
  • Work closely with a tight-knit team to drive practical, site-specific improvements that enhance safety, performance, and efficiency.
  • Adhere to site safety, health, and environmental standards.
