Production Crew Operations Manager

The production crew supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the coal handling processing plant.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the production crew and delivering against agreed targets and schedules.
This involves managing real-time performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimising production crew performance.
- Delivering against agreed targets and schedules.
- Ensuring safe and efficient job completion.
You will hold a trade qualification or suitable experience in coal processing, possess the Supervisor & Risk Facilitator competency (S1, 2 3 & G2), and have demonstrated experience within a coal processing plant environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential for influencing and achieving stakeholder buy-in across all levels of the organisation.
