Facility Management Opportunity
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to lead our Residential Aged Care facility in South East Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial sustainability
• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to deliver high-quality care that meets organisational policies and standards
• Manage employee management, admissions, and quality reviews
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of quality processes, accreditation, and evidence-based practices
Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
• Aged Care management experience with a diverse clinical and care team
• Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
• Experience in business operations, budget, and finance management
