Integrated Designer

This position plays a vital role in our team, responsible for conceptualizing and producing print and digital design projects across various clients.

The Integrated Designer is part of our cohesive unit, working closely with the Creative Department and reporting to the Studio Manager. The primary objective is to maintain high creative standards while ensuring efficient project output within approved timelines.

  • Develop and maintain expertise in design, finished art, typography, sketching, and digital skills.
  • Collaborate on agency branding and marketing initiatives, including the website and cultural projects.
  • Maintain open communication channels with Senior Designers, Design Directors, Producers & Account Management team, and the Creative Department regarding project progress and potential issues.
Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Standards: Maintain high creative standards while ensuring efficient project output within approved timelines.
  2. Communication: Establish open communication channels with Senior Designers, Design Directors, Producers & Account Management team, and the Creative Department regarding project progress and potential issues.
  3. Agency Branding: Collaborate on agency branding and marketing initiatives, including the website and cultural projects.
Requirements:
  • Design Industry Trends: Knowledge of current design industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Creativity: Creativity and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Effective collaboration and presentation skills.
Ideal Experience:
  • Adobe CC Suite: Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Animate, After Effects, FIGMA: Intermediate skills in Animate, After Effects, and FIGMA.
  • Print Layout, Pre-press, Digital Design Processes: Familiarity with print layout, pre-press, and digital design processes.
  • Web Standards, User Experience, User Interface Design, Typography: Understanding of web standards, user experience, user interface design, and typography.
  • Motion Design and Social Video Content: Experience in creating engaging Motion Design and Social video content.
