Job Opportunity: Residential Maintenance Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of homes, ensuring that they are in excellent condition. This includes conducting routine inspections, addressing any issues that arise, and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of residential maintenance and construction principles. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
