Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Manager to lead our expanding network across the Ballarat City and Regional Victoria. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Uphold the company's mission, values, and vision by delivering exceptional service to clients;
  2. Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams;
  3. Develop comprehensive business plans, facilitate meetings, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs);
  4. Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs to drive business growth;
  5. Source, appraise, list, and sell properties with excellent negotiation skills;
  6. Plan, budget, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to expand market share;
  7. Effectively manage customer databases and foster strong relationships;
  8. Participate in regular management, networking, and extraordinary meetings;
  9. Support the sales campaign process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  1. Agent Representative Certificate;
  2. Certificate IV in Property Services (Highly preferred);
  3. Estate Agent License (Highly preferred);
  4. Current Police Check Record;
  5. Valid Driving License and reliable vehicle.
