This role is a key part of our team's efforts to support individuals in achieving their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post placement support to participants in employment, including monitoring their progress and identifying any barriers to ongoing employment.
  • Develop and implement solution-focused approaches to assist participants in maintaining employment.
  • Work closely with participants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful employment outcomes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with participants to discuss their progress, goals, and any challenges they may be facing.
  • Identify and address any systemic barriers to employment, such as lack of access to education or training, and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and ensure consistency in our approach to post placement support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in employment services or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Strong engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes.
  • Criminal history check.
  • Working with Children Check.
