Senior Employment Lawyer

This senior employment lawyer role involves providing strategic counsel to high-profile clients and navigating intricacies of employment relationships.
About the Role- Work closely with a diverse range of clients and utilise legal knowledge to provide guidance on all facets of employment, including discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying and dispute resolution.
- Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.
- A lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE, having a commercial & client focused outlook.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- We have access to 50% more roles than are publicly available.

- We are intimately aware of market trends including team/firmwide inside information and what salary you can achieve in the current market.
