Montgomery Advisory is seeking a commercially astute Senior Associate to join their high-profile firm. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of private practice employment law experience and be able to deliver legal advice with a commercial and client-focused outlook.

The Role

As part of the Sydney Employment Team, you will work on a diverse range of workplace relations matters in a highly collaborative culture with abundant workplace benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, both collaboratively and with autonomy.

The team provides strategic legal counsel to clients navigating all aspects of workplace relations, including employment legislation, employee disputes, redundancies, enterprise bargaining, anti-discrimination law, and work health and safety.
