Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:
    • Mobilize teams across functional areas to ensure timely project completion and alignment with goals.
    • Monitor progress, inform stakeholders, and address challenges to maintain schedule adherence.
    • Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and optimize tool usage.
  • Data Insights:
    • Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for enhanced decision-making.
    • Present detailed findings through reports and visualizations to support strategic planning.
    • Leverage analytics tools and software to automate processes, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows.
  • System Optimization:
    • Enhance ERP utilization by identifying improvements and building consensus for change.
    • Ensure seamless data flow between modules and other systems for comprehensive insights.
    • Provide training and ongoing support to maximize system effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration)
  • Experience with ERPs, auxiliary platforms, and reporting software
  • Proven track record of leading small to mid-scale software improvement projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Pronto Xi, Sharepoint, and/or PowerBi App/Report Development
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Project Management
  • Industry experience in Mining or Construction
