About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead and supervise on-site activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of residential subdivisions and commercial developments.
  • As a key member of our team, you will self-perform critical tasks, from earthworks and road construction to utility installations and landscaping, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • You will coordinate closely with your team to achieve superior project outcomes, leveraging advanced technology and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of residential subdivisions and commercial developments.
  2. Perform critical tasks, such as earthworks, road construction, utility installations, and landscaping, to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Work closely with your team to achieve superior project outcomes, leveraging advanced technology and machinery.
  4. Foster strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project excellence and community impact.
