Project Manager for Commercial Construction Projects

Brunel is proud to partner with a client seeking an experienced Intermediate Level Project Manager to oversee various commercial construction projects.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of these projects, from conceptual design and development through construction and completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for all phases of the construction lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Project Alignment: Ensure that projects align with agreed-upon plans and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage Site Managers and Foremen, overseeing their work and providing guidance as needed.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project progress reports and updates.
  • Schedule Management: Utilize scheduling software to track progress, update schedules, and document project progression.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with a proven track record as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others when required.
