Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Project Director to join our Health Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will lead large-scale health projects, manage a team, and balance working across major projects.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale health projects as the primary client interface.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships, resolve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Design Management: Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations.
  • Project Planning: Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
  • Project Safety: Manage project safety and environmental requirements.
  • Project Timeline: Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Project Budget: Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track.
  • Team Management: Direct line management team responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: A recognised degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
  • Experience: 10+ years industry experience working on major health projects.
  • Skills: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, and Primavera skills are highly regarded.
  • Leadership: Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
  • Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Teamwork: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.
Compensation and Benefits
