Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Woodridge centre, providing exceptional care and education to our young learners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader who shares our vision for delivering exceptional early childhood education. As a qualified Centre Manager, you will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, and a current Working with Children Check. You will also have a strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards, as well as Australian working rights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, quality assurance, and risk management
- Develop and implement centre policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery
- Collaborate with other centre leaders to achieve shared goals and objectives
- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave
