This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanical or tyre fitting professional looking to transition into a sales-focused role. As an Equipment Specialist, you will leverage your expertise and experience to deliver exceptional customer service by advising and guiding customers through our range of equipment products.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service and advice to new and existing customers
- Sell workshop equipment
- Follow up with customers
- Demonstrate and install workshop equipment
- Conduct after-sales training on equipment usage
- You should have a strong background in mechanics or automotive repair and hold a valid driver's license
- You must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts
- You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
