Lead Social Media Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative social media leader to spearhead our online presence.

  • This key role will own Showpo's end-to-end social strategy across all platforms, ensuring cohesive and impactful content delivery.

The successful candidate will partner with the Head of Brand to align creative and content outputs from the Social Lead and Content Lead into one unified, ROI-driven social roadmap.

  • This includes presenting strategy, insights, and performance to senior stakeholders, driving social KPIs including engagement, reach, traffic, following, and revenue.

In addition, the ideal candidate will lead, coach, manage, and motivate the Social Media team to high performance.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned social media professional with:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle.
  • A proven track record of delivering commercial impact through social media.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and emerging features.
  • Experience managing a social team, with proven leadership and coaching skills.

You should also possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
